A few months ago I proposed the idea of selling a workbook for the purposes of supporting my site. I changed the dates and then just never delivered the workbook.

This is what happened. I wrote it and agonized over its release because there was always just one more thing I wanted to add.  It has sat quietly in my files for over a month waiting for me to release it and now I am going to set it free (so to speak).
